Wassup Wasssup!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everything has been the same for me since last week, other than the dizziness i had on wednesday night that made me sit out the rest of the workout. :( but i'm healthy now and ready to start trucking!!! I was even asked to join a semi pro football team 2 days ago!!! idk about joining them but its very flattering to know i am at the level of most of their players :) . I cant stop now! so i will and must move foward and keep everything on a high paced high intensity speed. to infinity and beyond!!!!
